Concerned citizens of Goodhue County believe a renewable energy plan must not endanger our four most renewables: Our family, Our Homes, Our Community, and above all Our Land.

For primary reasons of health and safety associated with noise, shadow flicker, ice throw and other concerns; we are petitioning for Goodhue County Commissioners to adopt a minimum setback distance of 1/2 mile or more from our homes.  More study is necessary.
